"ThumbsUp.dll failed to register. HRESULT..." Error

This error can appear when installing SketchUp, and usually happens because your computer is missing some prerequisite libraries.

To resolve this, run Windows Update and install the latest .NET and C++ Runtime Libraries.

Restart your machine and then try reinstalling SketchUp again.
