            Warranties & Guarantees

            Electronic hardware, accessories and IT items are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. In almost all cases, the responsibility for handling faulty items rests with the manufacturer. In the case of electronic hardware, such as graphic tablets, monitors, printers etc. customers will need to contact the manufacturer using the warranty information supplied with the product before we can act on a customer's behalf.

            Faulty items cannot simply be returned to us without prior contact. Please let us know if you have a faulty item; we will handle the item ourselves in the case of art materials, whilst we may ask you to make contact with the manufacturer first if your item comes with warranty information in the box.
