How do I upgrade Vectorworks via VSS/my VSS upgrade doesn't work?
Upon a new Vectorworks release, VSS customers will be contacted via email. Download details and new serials will be available from the 'Service Select' portal for current VSS users. Use the details listed under downloads/licenses to install and license the latest version of Vectorworks.
If you are attempting to upgrade very shortly after a new Vectorworks release, you may experience a lag before your new serial becomes available. Please check that the serial provided in the VSS portal is different to your existing serial. If it is the same, your serial may not yet have been upgraded. In this case, please allow 24-48hrs for the upgrade to take effect. If the problem is not resolved, please contact Vectorworks support directly.
