Sometimes when setting up Draftsight (or any program) some files and paths become corrupted and need some cleaning using Windows tools, this also fixes registry keys for you making it much simpler as it is often advised users do not touch these as it can cause major issues.
This guide runs through an uninstallation issue, however the same instructions can be used for other software and for installation or uninstallation depending on the issue.
1.Log in as an administrator or ensure you have administrator privileges/passwords.
3. Click on ‘Download troubleshooter.’
4. Double-click on the downloaded file to run the troubleshooter.
