How to remove a licence from the cloud zoo

Remove a licence from the Cloud Zoo

To remove a licence from the Cloud Zoo first ensure the licence is not in use. Either figure out who is using the licence using the tools in the Zoo or ensure all users have closed Rhino completely.

  1. Next the Owner/Admin will need to log into their Rhino and go to the Licences section. It's easy to get lost so use the link - https://www.rhino3d.com/licenses
  2. Then into the Team or Personal licence depending on the set up.
  3. Click into the licence to be removed. You may have to click in again depending on the licence type.
  4. Then use the 'Remove from Cloud Zoo' button.

Once removed you can then move it to a different team or activate directly in Rhino.
