I Haven't Received any Emails / MSN / Hotmail
Please avoid using Hotmail or MSN email accounts to purchase from Refuelled.com. If you have an alternative email account, such as a work address, please use that. Orders will still be received and processed but you may not be able to receive emails/updates from us.
Hotmail/MSN users will receive all emails from Refuelled.com in their spam folders by default. You need to add our email addresses (cs & sales) to your approved list or mark any Refuelled.com emails in your spam folder as 'not spam'.
If you use a Hotmail or MSN account and are expecting an order confirmation or other email from us, please look in your spam folder before contacting us.
Please note, we do not have any problems receiving Hotmail or MSN email.
