Moving and assigning licences are now managed within the Maxon App. On the machine you want to start using C4D ensure the Maxon app and C4D are installed. 

You can either release the licence on the current machine or while on the new machine you can release and request the move in one go. 

This is done on the right hand side of the 'Licences' page.  You can either just transfer the licence here or on the machine where the licence is assigned the option will be to release the licence. 

The licence has known to get stuck so do be cautious when moving the licence but if this does happen, please reach out to our support team, either by opening a ticket in the Knowledge base area by pressing the + button, or email support@cadsoftwaredirect.com
