How do we protect against fraud?
We take many steps to prevent fraud, more than banks require us to. If we believe a transaction to be suspicious, we will verify the payment and delivery details and make checks on email addresses and telephone numbers.
When we detect fraud, we always report it to the issuing bank and appropriate authorities.
How to ensure your order is processed quickly & efficiently
* Do not use a free email address - such as Gmail or Hotmail. Always use a work or personal email address where possible.
* Have your order delivered to the address of the cardholder.
* List a telephone number that corresponds to the delivery address. If you wish to provide further contact details, you may do so in the order notes or by emailing us
