To start in Rhino head to the
download page here and install Rhino. If you are on windows just remember to right click and ‘Run as administrator’ especially if using the Cloud Zoo features.
Once downloaded and installed, you will be asked to log in. This will be your Mcneel account and if you have/will set up
the cloud zoo, then this will be the email to use.
If you do not want to set up the zoo then you will also have the options button to be able to enter a licence key. These will be the long code starting with RH80 for Rhino 8 and RH70 for Rhino 7 etc…
After that you may be asked to log in through your browser one more time, once that's done you are in and can get started in Rhino.
If you are learning Rhino then they have extensive tutorials on how to use all aspects of the software, simply type the word ‘Tutorial’ into the command bar and there are hundreds of lessons on all aspects of Rhino.
If you are using the Evaluation version of Rhino then remember you have 90 days of use out of the software for free. Once that time is up the software is actually still usable, but you won’t be able to use certain key features like save and plug ins. But can still learn and test if it's the right software for you.
