Changing The Size of Dimensions in SketchUp Mac 26 (Tahoe)
In previous releases changing the size of you dimension text on a Mac was straight forward however in recent MacOS releases the previous method is no longer available.
For some background information this was a change made with the Tahoe update to MacOS and SketchUp are working on a fix. As of writing there is a workaround and we are unsure how/when the system will change in the coming updates.
MacOS Tahoe 26
In Tahoe you currently can only adjust the size of dimensions using the height modifier. The height is relative to you model and may take some adjusting.
Our example has a 10' cube so you can see how the height relates to the model. Some trial and error is recommended but the easy way to select all your dimensions is by opening Model Info instead of Entity. Head to Window > Model Info > Dimensions > Select all Dimensions. This will also allow all further dimensions to be created at the set scale.
MacOS Sequoia 15 and Below
In older versions of MacOS changing the font can be found in Entity Info under Window. Just select the dimension you'd like to change and in Font > Size simply change the size. See the below Gif to better visualise.
This can be done either individually or by shift clicking to multi-select
If you need to select all your dimensions for an update head to Window > Model Info > Dimensions > Select All Dimensions
